Tips for Staying Pain Free while Travelling this Summer by Roisin Leen

With summer now in full swing and peak holiday season fast approaching, we here at

Galway Bay Physio have come up with some top tips to help keep all aches and pains at bay so that everyone can try and enjoy a well-deserved break this summer.

First things first, if you are currently experiencing any aches or pains or if you are suffering from any injury, book an appointment at your earliest convenience and get the problem solved before jetting off to that sunshine!

If you are suffering from muscle stiffness or pain, perhaps due to a stressful few weeks at work or from a grueling few weeks of intense training or competing, we recommend you start your holidays off with some well-deserved TLC and book in for a Deep Tissue Massage, a Sports Massage or an injury assessment if you feel that that is the appropriate option for your presenting symptoms.

Once that is taken care of, follow the tips below to help remain pain-free whilst away.
